DIPUTADOS IMPULSAN PENAS DE CÁRCEL CONTRA LA OFENSA RACIAL EN CENTROS TURÍSTICOS TRAS INCIDENTE EN VALLE NEVADO
Diputados presentaron un proyecto para tipificar penalmente la ofensa racial, estableciendo penas de cárcel y multas con agravantes para zonas turísticas.
